My confidence has had a HUGE boost since coming here. I am less anxious and more assertive and the healthier lifestyle makes me a better role model for my daughters.

Seth has only been doing karate for a short time but he is loving it. It is helping so much with school and his behavior at home. All the instructors know him by name and and treat us like family. It's obvious that they really care about these kids and want them to succeed.

The instructors at this studio are awesome! They care about each individual student and make sure that everyone is learning and progressing. Classes are fast-paced and high-energy with lots of creative and exciting drills. For kids, the classes also include different character development and life skills lessons. Would highly recommend this place for both kids and adults.

My son has loved going to Bobby Lawrence Karate. Not only does he love the upbeat atmosphere there but he brings it home with him. He has been more disciplined at home and remembers what all of the instructors have taught him to do as far as being respectful and disciplined. I love that they teach about nutrition and health rather than just martial arts!

Jeff Vincent is a fantastic instructor. Very skilled martial artist! He is very energetic with the kids and keeps them excited about learning more. Both of my girls have are in his leadership program and it is amazing how much it helps not only in karate but how it helps in school and their everyday life. I highly recommend giving Jeff a try in teaching your kids karate.
